Reader Reviews

For my one year blogging anniversary, I asked my readers to write a few sentences reviewing my blog. Here is what some of them said:

I feel as if we are still just getting to know each other, but when I think of your blog I find myself smiling. I like the fresh way you challenge your reader to think about and apply Scriptural truth. Your honesty about where you are in your life and how the Scriptures influence your perceptions shed light on the beauty of the Gospel.

Your blog is fresh, biblical and practical. Plus, you’re a real sweetheart. Continue your good work in gloryfying our Lord.

I only just recently found your blog and it is now one of my favorites. It is inspiring and I love the way your are just real in your posts as if you were sitting across the table chatting with your readers over coffee. Keep up the good work I know God is smiling down on you!

You are so convicted and passionate in your love of our Lord. You’ve made me think, you’ve made me cry, you’ve taught me. It’s this conviction and passion that led me back to Him. I have been blessed by your heart and the words you’ve written in your blog, as have others. I look forward to what you’ll write in this next year.

Kathy, Reader

I sincerely appreciate your ability to share your heart in this format. The variety of topics you cover is evidence that you are in fact sharing your heart, not an agenda, not seeking confirmation of your thoughts from others, but simply sharing what God has truly laid on your heart.

Sharing a glimpse of your “real life” allows your readers to truly connect with you, which I believe is a big part of what catches their attention and make you so relate-able.

I appreciate the way you boldly present biblical truth on your blog, but do so in a kind and loving way.

  1. What a neat way to describe your blog! I’m impressed … and now much more eager to read on, especially considering I follow the blogs of several of your commenters. I’m definitely expecting to like what I find here. Blessings to you!

  2. Hi, Megan. Thanks so much for visiting my blog and leaving your calling card! I’ve been looking around a bit. You have a super busy life and, I’m guessing, are super-organized at least some of the time. Bulimia and other ways women harm themselves bodily are no joke and no fun. I pray you’ll continue to grow in your walk with God no matter what happens next. I’ve love to have you visit my blog again–anytime!
    Blessings for this new year!

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
