Don’t believe Satan’s lies.

When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

– John 8:44

Satan is an accuser, a deceiver, a slanderer.

Satan hates God.

He loves to accuse us, lie to us, tell us we are not worthy of human or God’s love.

For a long time Satan had accused me of not being worthy of being part of the church, not worthy of friendships. He told me I was worthless.

Thankfully God revealed to me that righteousness is a gift, pure and free, and comes with faith in Jesus – by grace.

I had forgotten about Satan being an accuser. I had often doubted his existence. Now I believe he is real.

Wikipedia says this:

…his ultimate goal is to lead people away from the love of God.

Don’t let Satan lead you away from the love of God.

Don’t believe his lies.

You are deeply loved by God and worthy of His love: honored, revered, and deeply respected by your heavenly Father.

Satan accuses us, but Jesus is our defence attorney.

Everything we’ve ever done wrong, every mistake we’ve ever made or will ever make has been consumed at the cross.

Once for all.

Christ canot die again. Paul says this about the cross:

And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

– Colossians 2:15

The Bible Hub’s Gill commentary says this verse refers to the –

…principalities of hell, the infernal powers of darkness, the devil that had the power of death, the accuser. Jesus bruised the serpent’s head, demolished his works, destroyed him, gave the death blow to Satan and his powers.

Amen!

Satan can accuse us all he likes, but God loves us.

Halleujah!

Hey!

Hey there. I’m Steve Edwards. I’m an actor, a writer, a teacher and a preacher!

This site explores the meaning of St. Paul’s words ‘by grace we are saved’. I hope it helps you to understand that we are loved by God completely, purely, fully, regardless of our mistakes. He loves us not because of who we are, but because of who He is, and what He did for us on the cross. Amen!

Please explore the hundreds of articles on the different books of the bible, and how the bible reveals that our holiness is a gift from God, and doesn’t depend on us and our good works. Thank God for that!
